About the Fund
A fund for Nurses, managed by Nurses: how Community Practitioners are developing public health initiatives in Sunderland. The Community Budget's funding was provided by the Deaprtment of Health in 2001. Its intention was for Primary Care Trusts to provide modest sums of money for community based public health work which can be accessed directly by teams of frontline Community Practitioners.
